Hazrat Hakeem Sahib, Assalam Alaykum! Before trying this prescription, please take a few necessary steps. If any of your dear friends is suffering from the above diseases, if you have gonorrhea, try this prescription. Inshallah, it will be fine in forty days. Take a shower in the morning, wash your teeth and clean your teeth with a miswak. Miswak should be of kikeer or neem or Bohr trees. Normal miswak will be fine too. Now On the first day away from the Bohr tree, drop a drop or put a spoon in the native form. Two drops a day. Three drops a day and on 20th day 20 drops then reduce one drop on the 21st day, that is, on the 21st day, put nineteen drops and reduce it gradually. Put it on local sugar and eat it. You can drink lukewarm milk later. Don’t eat Spicy foods for complete in 40 days. No Fast food either. Strict diet for 40 days. Do not eat breakfast until you are hungry. If stomach gets upset you can pause the treatment. Stay away from wife until the treatment is over. Bohra is commonly known by Punjabis as Barkat in Urdu. There is an obstacle in Punjab and in a village where there is a tree, there should be no childlessness.
